Karl Marx’s Communist Manifesto and Collectivism are
Alive & Well in America. And they MUST be STOPPED!

The Communist Manifesto & Collectivism are Alive & Well in America

COMMUNISM & COLLECTIVISM
— AKA Liberalism, Progressivism, Socialism, Fascism, Democratic Socialism —

IS Alive & Operational Here In America.

In COLLECTIVISM: The well-being of one or a few is sacrificed for the (alleged) “good of the masses.”

Collectivism, Socialism, etc. SOUND Friendly & “Social” on the surface. Yet on large scales, they almost ALWAYS turn into dictatorships or oligarchies willing to use fraud, force or violence to make sure EVERYONE “cooperates.” As the Collective consolidates its power & control, eventually, the Individual Human Being has no “rights” to even disagree with, let alone NOT COOPERATE with the Collective.

THAT is a Time Proven Fact Of History, with few, if any, exceptions, for those who wish to study it.

Communist Manifesto and Collectivism versus the American Constitutional Republic and Human Freedom

communist manifesto and collectivism versus free market capitalism

I’m writing this in hopes of ensuring the Ship Of State of Arizona (along with the other 49 Ships of State of America), rather than its current trend toward collectivist politics & economics, corrects course and returns to its pro-Freedom, pro-Rights & pro-Self-Responsible Heritage. Such heritage allows, for example, open carry of Weapons Of Self-Defense, and freedoms to live relatively freely on one’s own terms. It allows us to make highly personal choices as to things like where we will live, what health care we will accept, or foods we will eat, or even people we associate with.

That assumes, of course, we observe everyone else’s Rights to do the same. Yet ALL of those things, and MUCH more, are at GREAT risk of termination, and already have to a lesser or greater degrees. …

Meaning, with Free Markets & Free Minds and Rights & Freedoms under our Constitutional Republic under Common Law, everyone in each State has the Right to Persuade others to do things the way the persuader wants it done, or that it should even BE done. Yet other individuals have the Right to NOT Listen if they do not want to! And if enough people want to do whatever, fine. But under our Original American Paradigm, most things were DE-Centralized, such that they can NOT force people in other locales, counties or states to do the same things.

So if enough of The People of a particular county or state want to experiment with Communism, that’s their business. (Although in practice, collectivist systems such as socialism or communism are opposite of a Constitutional Republic. So they would, technically, be separating from America.) But regardless, they can NOT — or at least SHOULD NOT — force The People of other towns, counties or states to do such things.

Key Difference Between Collectivism vs Individualism

The biggest, most critical difference between individualism and collectivism is that in individualism, each person has Inalienable Rights that cannot be taken away. Those Rights include the Right to Life, to Liberty, and to Property in Pursuit of their Happiness.

(They are NOT guaranteed to HAVE that property or happiness, only to be free to PURSUE it in the way they see fit. The only restriction is they do not interfere with another persons’ Rights.)

In a Rights based society, every individual person has the Right and Freedom to disagree with the ideas for beliefs of the collective. As long as they do not violate the Rights of others, they cannot be punished for not wanting to go along with or cooperate with the collective.

Therefore, NO individual human being can be sacrificed for the “sake of the collective” or the “greater good.”

YET, in a Collectivist Society, the Collective or the Greater Good comes first. Individuals are secondary, IF important at all. Individuals are only means to the ends of “society.”

Therefore, any one or more individuals can be sacrificed for the “good of the collective.” Meaning they can be imprisoned, tortured for purposes of “re-education,” or killed if they are found to be disagreeable to the collective.

THAT is a VERY BIG Difference!!!

But wait, many people allege we already ARE on the verge of being a communist country, or that we already are.

Well, let’s take a look at what a “communist country” looks like …

Characteristics of a Communist Country …

Through congressional legislation, judicial proceedings, and executive actions / inactions, over the decades, one could argue that America already has been turned into a “United States” of a Communo-Fascist Empire, and has implemented laws and regulations foreign to our Founding Principles. Those principles have, for example, in great part been replaced with Marxist (Communist) Ideology, by way of many United States’ politicians and bureaucrats.

Why? Because Marxism appeals to the most base instincts & impulses, the lowest common denominator minds. The common, lower class person feels inadequate or impotent and can be manipulated into believing Marxism can give them a Wonderful Life and Free Stuff.

And those who want to be the Power Elite see Marxism as their ticket to more power. Those two groups, at opposite ends of the spectrum, play off each other. Their anti-human, unrealistic goals feed their psycho-pathologies, driving them to do many anti-social deeds.

If we want to know what it would be like to live in a communist country, how about if we ask Karl Marx to describe one? After all, he is probably the best known, and most influential, communist in all of known history.

Karl Marx

Here are the Ten Planks of Karl’s Marx’s Communist Manifesto:

1. Abolition of Private Property (Land Tax & Eminent Domain)
2. Heavy Progressive Income Tax (IRS)
3. Abolition of all Rights of Inheritance (More IRS)
4. Confiscation of Property of all Emigrants & Rebels (Homeland Security)
5. Centralization of Credit, State Money, Central Bank (Federal Reserve)
6. Government Control of Communications & Transportation (FCC, FTC)
7. Government Ownership of Factories & Agriculture (OSHA, USDA)
8. Government Control of Labor, Industrial Armies (Unions)
9. Corporate Farms, Manufacturing, Regional Planning (Wide-ranging)
10. Government Control of Education (Dept. of Education)

ALL of these 10 Planks are either in full force NOW in America, or nearly so. Planks #2 & #5 (progressive income tax [IRS] and the Federal Reserve Banking system) have been FULLY in place since 1913. They were (allegedly) voted in by federal legislators. (There is some doubt whether the vote was legal & legitimate, but its validity was never significantly challenged in courts at the time. More recent attempts have, so far, gone nowhere)

The other planks have been implemented over time since then. Planks #1 & #3 are wide-spread, but not fully implemented. Although some will argue there really is NO truly private property in America now.

Plank #4 is not wide-spread at this time, but has been used a number of times, such as Japanese Internment Camps in WW II, or the people being held for their alleged actions (read: ridiculous, false accusations) of an alleged “insurrection” at the Capital on January 6th, 2021.

While the Planks are not implemented to the fullest extent as they were in the Soviet Union OR Communist China, if you include U.S. Presidential Executive Orders, we are only a few steps, a few strokes of a pen, literally “over-night,” away from full implementation of the full Communist Manifesto in America.

What American Communists and Socialists Said
About Communism Implemented In America

IMPOSSIBLE!!! some people say.

Yet, Norm Thomas ran for President on the socialist ticket for many years. Gus Hall ran on the Communist ticket for President for many years. They kept pushing their “socialist” and “communist” ideas. But then, they reached a point, and said …

“The American people will never knowingly adopt Socialism. But under the name of ‘liberalism’ they will adopt every fragment of the Socialist program, until one day America will be a Socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” [Emphasis added]

~ Norman Thomas

Norman Thomas was an American minister who achieved fame as a socialist, pacifist, & six-time presidential candidate for the Socialist Party of America.

~ Wikipedia

Here is Gus Hall …

“Just as feudalism was an advance over slavery, and capitalism was the next step after feudalism, socialism is the next step after capitalism. … Socialism in America will come through the BALLOT BOX. [Emphasis added]

There’s no longer a need for the Communist Party USA because the Democratic Party has adopted all our platforms.” [Emphasis added]

~ Gus Hall
https://www.azquotes.com/author/23154-Gus_Hall
https://www.quotes.net/authors/Gus+Hall

Gus Hall was the General Secretary of Communist Party USA (CPUSA) and its four-time U.S. presidential candidate. … During the Second Red Scare, Hall was indicted under the Smith Act and was sentenced to eight years in prison. After his release, Hall led the CPUSA for over 40 years, often taking an orthodox Marxist–Leninist stance. [That means we’ll beat the crap out of you if you don’t go along.]

~ Wikipedia

“Norman Thomas (the U.S. Socialist Party Candidate) and Gus Hall, (the U.S. Communist Party Candidate,) both quit American politics, agreeing that the Republican and Democratic parties had adopted every plank of the Communists / Socialists and they no longer had an alternate party platform on which to run.”

~ Editors Note at LibertyTree.ca
http://libertytree.ca/quotes/Norman.Thomas.Quote.FFB1

All those who brought this about, or helped implement the Planks, are guilty, at very least, of violating their Oaths of Office. Why? Because the U.S. Constitution in, Article IV, Section 4 says:

The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, …

The Communist Manifesto is the OPPOSITE of our Republican form of Government, as is Socialism.

§842. Proscription of Communist Party, its successors, and subsidiary organizations

The Communist Party of the United States, or any successors of such party regardless of the assumed name, whose object or purpose is to overthrow the Government of the United States, or the government of any State, Territory, District, or possession thereof, or the government of any political subdivision therein by force and violence, …

… are not entitled to any of the rights, privileges, and immunities attendant upon legal bodies created under the jurisdiction of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof; and whatever rights, privileges, and immunities which have heretofore been granted to said party or any subsidiary organization by reason of the laws of the United States or any political subdivision thereof, are terminated: Provided, however, That nothing in this section shall be construed as amending the Internal Security Act of 1950, as amended [50 U.S.C. 781 et seq.] (Aug. 24, 1954, ch. 886, §3, 68 Stat. 776 .)

§843. Application of Internal Security Act of 1950 to members of Communist Party and other subversive organizations; “Communist Party” defined

(a) Whoever knowingly and willfully becomes or remains a member of (1) the Communist Party, or (2) any other organization having for one of its purposes or objectives the establishment, control, conduct, seizure, or overthrow of the Government of the United States, or the government of any State or political subdivision thereof, by the use of force or violence, with knowledge of the purpose or objective of such organization shall be subject to all the provisions and penalties of the Internal Security Act of 1950, as amended [50 U.S.C. 781 et seq.], as a member of a “Communist-action” organization.

(b) For purposes of this section, the term “Communist Party” means the organization now known as the Communist Party of the United States of America, the Communist Party of any State or subdivision thereof, and any unit or subdivision of any such organization, whether or not any change is hereafter made in the name thereof.

(Aug. 24, 1954, ch. 886, §4, 68 Stat. 776 .)

Now, do you see a BIG loophole there? WHAT if you are a communist sympathizer, and you work to bring about a Communist Revolution, BUT, you never actually JOIN any kind of a party or organization? And what if you do NOT use violence, but you use the Ballot Box, or Voting Machine?

Technically, you cannot be prosecuted for a “thought crime.” …

BUT, doing so, even without force or violence, is no less effective a way to undermine the Original American Paradigm & Constitutional Republic. Maybe it’s more so, because far fewer people will know or understand what you’re doing. You can sneak up on them. And sneak they did. … So NOW what?

Here is 18 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1918:

“Whoever violates the provisions of section 7311 of title 5 that an individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States or the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government [and] shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than one year and a day or both.” [Emphasis added]

5 U.S.C. 7311 (1): “An individual may not accept or hold a position in the Government of the United States of the government of the District of Columbia if he (1) advocates the overthrow of our constitutional form of government…” [Emphasis added]

Advocate: To plead in favor of : defend by argument before a tribunal or the public : support or recommend publicly.

~ Webster’s Third New International Dictionary

Advocate: To speak in favor of or defend by argument. To support, vindicate, or recommend publicly.

~ Black’s Law Dictionary

So, when Biden, Ducey, Sellers or anyone else tries to tell us how good for America doing business with China and the CCP will be, and knowing China and the CCP have openly declared (“non-kinetic” for now) war on the United States, is that advocating for an enemy?

Referring back to the paper, The Chinese Communist Party’s Insidious Infiltration by Lt. Col Kathleen Hasson, or the book Stealth War by Robert Spalding, or the comments I’ve quoted on other pages of this site by Larry M. Wortzel, John Maldin or General Kenneth S. Wilsbach, what are we to think?

Do we just sit around and claim the Chinese are NOT conducting a war against US Right Now, just because they are not using guns or missiles? Even though their own publication, Unrestricted Warfare, states plainly they are already using economic, political, cyber, and other means to undermine America and eliminate us as a Superpower?

And the evidence of that is all around for those who read widely about international affairs.

And they have openly stated they want to be THE world super power by 2049. And they believe THEIR political system is superior to ours. And their Supreme Leader Xi has ambitions to be a or THE Ruler of the World. And they will not want us to maintain our principles of government because it will conflict with their vision. And being hard-core communists, they are RUTHLESS. All you have to do is read The Epoch Times thoroughly for a week or two and you WILL get the message, Loud & Clear:
